What you should know about punching and shearing machines

The combined punching and shearing machine is a machine tool equipment that integrates multiple functions such as metal shearing, punching, plate shearing, and bending. It has the advantages of easy operation, low energy consumption, and low maintenance costs. It is an ideal choice for modern manufacturing industries (such as: Metallurgy, bridges, communications, electric power, military and other industries) metal processing equipment of choice.

Scope of application

Combined punching and shearing machines are widely used in:

1. Steel structure processing

2. Elevator car and parts processing

3. Trailer---spare tire parts, trailer hinges, plate hooks, inserts, and tiles

4. Construction machinery industry---processing on belt conveyors and mixing stations

5. Agricultural and animal husbandry machinery industry---Threshing machine frame, trailer body parts processing

6. Food industry machinery¡ªslaughter equipment frames and parts processing

7. Processing of high and low voltage tower parts

8. Wind power generation equipment---parts processing for stairs and pedals on wind power generation towers

9. Mechanical processing---Processing of building embedded parts/conveyor brackets and other components that serve as connections

10. Grain machinery---grain and oil equipment, starch equipment brackets, shells, small parts processing

11. Railway trucks/cars, crane parts processing

12. Shearing, punching and bending of channel steel, square steel, round steel, H steel, I-beam and other steel materials

Operation steps

1. Check the power supply. The voltage is stable, there is no phase loss, and the leakage protector and air switch are intact.

2. Wiring, open the wiring cabinet of the combined punching and shearing machine, connect the wires, and close the cabinet door.

3. After powering on, step on the foot switch. If the machine does not move, swap the power cords and check whether the emergency stop switch is turned on.

4-way foot pedal switch.

5. When working, be sure to turn off the power every time you change the mold.

6. After finishing the work, turn off the switch, turn off the main power switch, remove the power cord, and clean up any debris.

Maintenance

1. Operate strictly in accordance with the operating procedures.

2 Before starting the machine, add lubricating oil regularly, at fixed points, and quantitatively according to the lubrication chart requirements. The oil should be clean and free of precipitation.

3. The shearing machine must be kept clean at all times and the unpainted parts must be coated with anti-rust grease.

4. The lubricating oil in the motor bearings should be replaced and refilled regularly, and the electrical parts should be regularly checked to see if they are working normally, safely and reliably.

5. Frequently check whether the V-belt, handle, knobs and buttons of the shearing machine are damaged. If they are seriously worn, they should be replaced in time and spare parts should be reported for replenishment.

6. Regularly check and repair switches, insurances, and handles to ensure they work reliably.

7. Lubricate and scrub the machine tool 10 minutes before get off work every day.
